Domestic Violence Awareness Presentation
Domestic violence is a serious and widespread issue that impacts individuals and families in every community. It can involve physical, emotional, psychological, sexual, or financial abuse—each used as a means of power and control. Too often, victims suffer in silence due to fear or a lack of available resources.
Greenacres Fire Rescue invites residents to participate in a free Hands-Only CPR class at the Greenacres Community Center on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. This engaging, life-saving course will provide participants with essential skills to respond confidently during cardiac emergencies.
This class is designed for informational purposes only and does not provide American Heart Association certification. However, it’s a great opportunity to learn the basics of CPR and increase your confidence in providing immediate help during an emergency.
Each year the City of Greenacres hosts the Daddy Daughter Dance Event for fathers and all father figures. It is an enchanted and memorable evening for daughters ages 4 and up. It includes dinner, dessert, dancing, photos, fun & games and more! Join us on February 7, 2026 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for a fun Disco theme night at our Greenacres Community Center!
