New Online Lien Search Payment
Fees and Instructions:
The City Clerk's office processes Lien Searches after obtaining information from the Finance and Building Departments. A search includes any outstanding solid waste collection fees, code cases/violations, and open building permits.
Resolution No. 2021-12 adopted on March 15, 2021, established a one fee system of $90.00, which provides a response within 1-3 business days.

Lien Search Update:
A company that paid for a lien search may request one free update for the same address within 90 days of the original request. Please send the update request to the email provided below.
