Mission Statement:

Greenacres Fire Rescue is committed to protecting and serving our community with integrity, honor, and courage. To deliver progressive emergency services, advanced medical care, fire suppression/prevention, and public education with professionalism and excellence, both within our city and beyond. 

Greenacres Fire Rescue is a full service, professional fire department providing fire suppression, progressive rescue techniques, and advance life support treatment and transport. Our Fire Prevention Division provides life safety protection, plan review, and property inspections. We proudly serve over 39,000 residents citywide (approx. 6 square miles), over 2,000 residents within the City of Atlantis, and the thousands of visitors and guests who commute through our city each day.   

The Department optimizes patient care by maintaining rapid response times, enhanced training, and implementation of proven techniques combined with the most advanced emergency medical protocols available. Moreover, we continue to engage the public by offering community outreach programs such as, Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) classes, blood pressure screenings, health fairs, school demonstrations, and public awareness lectures.
