Extension to State Contractor Registration Renewal Deadline

PALM BEACH COUNTY CONTRACTORS CERTIFICATION DIVISION  

Please be advised that the Palm Beach County Department of Buildings and Contractors Certification Division is granting an extension for State Contractors to renew their registration from 8/31/20 to 12/31/20. This extension is being granted to accommodate State Contractors in completing their State of Florida license renewal requirements due to COVID19. Renewal of the state license is a prerequisite to registration with Palm Beach County.     

Please continue to file your registration renewal as soon as possible and do not wait until the new deadline to do so because additional extensions will not be granted.  

Please make sure you submit your registration renewal via our online Portal. If you have not registered already, please register now at: https://www.pbcgov.org/ePZB.Admin.WebSPA/

Note:

Despite of this registration extension you must maintain your insurances up to date.
Failure to renew your registration on time may result in its expiration preventing you from applying for building permits and/or scheduling inspections.
