All bid proposals shall be submitted in duplicate (one original and one copy) in sealed envelopes/packages addressed to the Purchasing Administrator and marked “BID NO. 20-008 – UTILITY BOX WRAPS”.  Any bid proposal received after the designated date will be returned unopened.
