The City Council will conduct a Council Meeting on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., with a Budget Workship directly following in the City Hall Council Chambers. In order to allow more public participation the following option is available for listening.
Instructions for Public Participation
The meeting will be broadcasted live for members of the public. Below are two options to participate in the meeting using www.Gotowebinar.com.
GotoWebinar.com is a web-based virtual meeting platform that allows the Council, Staff and Public to participate in a virtual meeting. Gotowebinar could be used via laptop, desktop smartphone or telephone.

Public Comment: Public comments will be accepted via email ONLY and will be read aloud during the corresponding item(s) of the meeting. Please submit your comment to cityclerk@greencacresfl.gov, please include your name, address and topic of comment. Please submit comments no later than 1P.M., on Monday, June 7, 2021. Notice: Any person requesting the appeal of a decision of the City Council will require a verbatim record of the proceedings and for that purpose will need to ensure that such verbatim record is made. Pursuant to F.S. 286.0105, the record must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City of Greenacres does not prepare or provide such verbatim record.
