PLEASE NOTE: Starting October 1, 2024, there will be updates to the fee schedule, including revisions and work without permit fees, along with a $75 application fee at the time of submission.
Effective January 1, 2026, at 12:01 A.M. Palm Beach County Impact Fees will change.

INSPECTIONS
Inspections must be scheduled through the contractor's portal before 3:00 p.m. the business day prior to your inspection.
All permits submitted prior April 15, 2026 must submit their request by calling 561-642-2062 or emailing us at inspections@greenacresfl.gov
