Notice of Fee Change

Effective October 1, 2024, the Development and Neighborhood Services (DNS) Department will be implementing changes to their DNS Department Fee Schedule, pursuant to the City of Greenacres Resolution 2024-46.

Universal Planning Application

The Universal Planning Application allows the applicant to file one (1) application by checking the project type and including the necessary documents as outlined in the Application Matrix and corresponding checklist.

For most submittals, you will need to file:

1. Application, including all necessary documentation for your specific application type(s);
2. Completed checklist for your specific application type(s); and
3. Application filing fee.
