2.  Resolution No. 2019-40 Release of Liens: Satisfying certain liens imposed against residential property, pursuant to Section 15-32, City of Greenacres Code, pursuant to Staff Memo. - Andrea McCue, City Manager. 

3.  Resolution No. 2019-39: Approve and adopt the 2020 Revised Palm Beach County Local Mitigation Strategy Plan; providing for the pursuit of funding and implementation; providing for support of the local mitigation strategy process, providing for transmittal to Palm Beach County; providing for an effective date. - Carlos Cedeño, Public Works Director.

A.  PUBLIC HEARING Ordinance No. 2019-14: Second Reading; Amending the City’s Charter Article IV, entitled “Elections”, Section 3, entitled General Elections; Special Elections; Majority vote requirement; to provide for General Elections of the Elective Municipal officers to be held on the third Tuesday in March of each Presidential election year to coincide with the State of Florida’s Presidential Preference Primary Election; providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances, severability, codification and an effective date. – Quintella Moorer, City Clerk. 

B.  Ordinance No. 2019-16: First Reading; Creating Article VII, entitled “Public Nuisance Abatement”, within Chapter 7, entitled “Health, Sanitation and Nuisances” to abate certain public nuisances; providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances, codification, severability and an effective date.  Abatement, Drug Offenses. – Glen Torcivia, City Attorney.

C.  Resolution No. 2019-38: Authorizing the implementation of a Greenacres Property Enhancement Grant Program for assistance with improvements to residential and commercial properties within the City limits; designating guidelines and procedures for the program; establishing a Selection Committee and providing for an effective date. - Michael Grimm, Building Director.
