THIS FACILITY IS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED (IN THE QUEUE). YOU MUST JOIN THE PASSPORT QUEUE TO APPLY

Monday to Friday • 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.* 

*The queue cutoff time varies daily based on the number of applicants waiting to be processed by 4 p.m. (For example, on busy days, the queue may close as early as 8 a.m. if capacity is reached.)

Please Note: The U.S. Department of State has updated their estimated time frames from when an application is received:
Routine service can take up to 4-6 weeks.
Expedited service can take up to 2-3 weeks for an additional $60.
