Our Mission
To disseminate timely and accurate information to the general public and traditional media via the City's interactive web and social media platforms, publications, and digital/traditional print.
Responsibilities
The Communication and Public Affairs Division is responsible for creating public awareness of city events, programs, initiatives and promote the City of Greenacres to residents, businesses and visitors with the highest levels of professionalism.
Our division is responsible for the City’s social media presence which includes Facebook, X (Formerly Twitter), Instagram, Nextdoor and YouTube. Communications staff are also responsible for the City’s monthly e-newsletters. Be sure to connect with us!
Publications
One (1) Annual City Link Publication, one (1) Annual Report, one (1) Hurricane Preparedness Guide, and various other marketing efforts are produced by the Communications and Public Affairs Division annually.
