Hello, I am the property manager for Timberlane HOA of PB County located at 2200 Timberlane Cir. Greenacres, FL 33463. My community is adjacent to the Pacifica Senior Living located at 4760 S. Jog Rd. Greenacres, FL 33467, right next door. They built a wall on the south perimeter some time ago that borders Timberlane and it is growing vines and bushes and as a result, it is starting to knock over the chain link fence on Timberlane's property. I called Pacifica on 1/18, 2/17, and 3/9. I spoke to the receptionist on 1/18. She said she would let the Maintenance Supervisor know. When it wasn't taken care of a month later, I spoke to the Maintenance Supervisor on 2/17. He told me the landscapers were going to take care of it that next week. When it still wasn't taken care of 3 weeks later, I called and asked to speak to the highest power. They took my information and told me the Executive named Alicia would call me. It has now been another 3 weeks and no one has called me and their landscaping is still encroaching on our fence. Hopefully there is something that can be done on your end to get them to comply.
