Ordinances:

PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance No. 2019-12: Second Reading; establishing a taxable valuation and levying an ad valorem tax on property located within the Corporate Limits of Greenacres, Florida, for the year ending December 31, 2019; providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date; and pursuant to Staff Memo. – Andrea McCue, City Manager and Teri Beiriger, Budget Administrator. 

PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance No. 2019-13: Second Reading; adopting an operating budget for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020; providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date; and pursuant to Staff Memo – Andrea McCue, City Manager and Teri Beiriger, Budget Administrator.

Resolution No. 2019-27: Approving Addendum Six (6) to the Law Enforcement Services Agreement (LESA) with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. - Andrea McCue, City Manager.

Bid Award No. 19-011 - Printing Services for City Publications: Award No. 19-011 for printing services to Printing Corp. of the Americas, Inc., as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $37,203.50; pursuant to Staff Memo. - Monica Powery, Purchasing Administrator.  

Bid Award No. 20-001 - Medical Supplies: Award No. 20-001 to Bound Tree Medical LLC, Diamond Drugs, Inc., Henry Schein Inc., and QuadMed Inc., as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; pursuant to Staff Memo. - Monica Powery, Purchasing Administrator.

Bid Award No. 20-002 - Landscape Maintenance Services: Award No. 20-002 to L.V. Superior Landscaping, Inc., to provide landscape maintenance services for seven (7) primary facilities as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $40,950.00; pursuant to Staff Memo - Monica Powery, Purchasing Administrator.

Bid Award No. 20-003 - Fire/Burglar Alarm and Sprinkler Systems: Award No. 20-003 to LifeSafety Management, Inc. to monitor, inspect and provide maintenance to the City’s fire/burglar alarm and fire sprinkler systems as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $46,455.00; pursuant to Staff Memo - Monica Powery, Purchasing Administrator.

RFQ Award No. 19-007 - Continuing Professional Engineering Services: to Avirom and Associates; Baxter and Woodman; Calvin, Giordano and Associates; Craven Thompson and Associates; DTM Tech, Engenuity Group; Florida International Consulting Engineers Design; Kimley-Horn and Associates; McMahon Associates; RJ Behar and Company; RADISE International; Robling Architecture Construction; Song+Associates; Tierra South Florida; Wantman Group; and West Architecture+Design, to provide architectural, engineering and related services to negotiate and execute a one (1) year agreement with the option of four (4) additional one (1)  year renewals.

Resolution No. 2019-32: Authorizing Staff actions to procure those items approved in the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget.

Resolution No. 2019-33: Authorizing budget adjustments within the Fiscal Year 2019 total Operating Budget.

Resolution No. 2019-34: Adopting a Capital Improvements Program for Fiscal Years 2020-2025.

Resolution No. 2019-35: Providing for automatic amendment of the Fiscal Year 2020 Budget to reflect outstanding encumbered orders of Fiscal Year 2019; providing that  the cost of the expenditures are to be paid from funds carried forward from Fiscal Year 2019.
