RFP No. 25-010 Mobile and Temporary Food Event Services
The City of Greenacres, Florida is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified proposers for mobile and temporary food services for City events.
Proposals must be submitted on or before Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 3:00 pm by one of two methods as follows:
- Online through DemandStar; OR
- Submitted in duplicate, in one sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Purchasing and marked "SEALED RFP – RFP NO. 25-010 MOBILE AND TEMPORARY FOOD EVENT SERVICES". Proposals will be received by the City of Greenacres, Florida at the office of the Director of Purchasing located at 5800 Melaleuca Lane, Greenacres, Florida 33463.
Any bid received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. Proposers desiring copies of the RFP document for use in preparing a proposal may obtain a set of such documents from DemandStar at www.demandstar.com.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. The City further reserves the right to award the agreement to that proposer whose proposal best complies with the proposal specifications. Proposers may withdraw their proposals by notifying the City in writing at any time prior to the deadline for proposal submittal. After the deadline, the proposal will constitute an irrevocable offer, for a period of ninety (90) days. Once opened, proposals become a record of the City and will not be returned to the proposers.
