The City of Greenacres’ current Bids, Requests for Proposals, and other solicitations can be viewed by clicking on the solicitation below. If you would like to submit a bid or proposal, print the complete solicitation and follow instructions for submittal in the document. The City does not accept bids or proposals sent via email or fax. Submittals will be received at the following address:

NOTE: Submittal of your response via regular or express mail must clearly reference the solicitation number and the due date on the front of the envelope, as well as your return address.

IMPORTANT: If you have downloaded a solicitation, please fill out the Solicitation Notification Form to notify the Purchasing Division that you have done so, and you will receive notices of any addendums or updates to the solicitation. Failure to acknowledge addendums could result in an unresponsive proposal.
