Below is a quick list of items that the new form addresses.
1. The form is now letter size (8 ½ x 11) instead of legal size (8 ½ x 14).
2. Section C has been moved so that all of the survey data and the seal are on the same page.
3. The photograph pages allow insertion of digital pictures.
All elevation information must be submitted using the new FEMA form.
