Domestic violence is a serious and widespread issue that impacts individuals and families in every community. It can involve physical, emotional, psychological, sexual, or financial abuse—each used as a means of power and control. Too often, victims suffer in silence due to fear or a lack of available resources.

Join us for an informative presentation led by Rashard C. Perry, Violence Prevention Educator from AVDA-FL (Aid to Victims of Domestic Abuse). This session will focus on raising awareness, promoting safety, and strengthening community support. Attendees will learn how to identify the various forms and warning signs of domestic violence, understand its effects on victims and their families, and explore local resources for prevention, support, and intervention.

Together, we can help create a community where everyone is respected, protected, and empowered to speak out without fear.
