Join us for this 2nd annual Health and Resource Fair on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the Greenacres Community Center. This fair is designed to provide valuable information and provide an opportunity to learn more about available resources. Over 30 vendors will be on site to discuss beneficial programs and services as well as offer free health screenings, presentations and much more!
