Sales Tax Holidays for Floridians
The 2023 Florida Legislature passed, and Governor DeSantis signed into law, six sales tax holidays. The Home Hardening sales tax exemption from the 2022 legislative session, continues through fiscal year 2023-24. The calendar below details the dates for each exemption period.
