Per Chapter 7, Article I of the City Code of Ordinances, the City's Department of Fire Rescue shall provide advanced life support and emergency basic life support medical care and transport originating within the City limits. The City shall fully comply with all requirements established in law and regulation by the State of Florida and Palm Beach County to be licensed to provide advanced life support and emergency basic life support medical care and transportation.

The current fees, effective January 1, 2018, are as follows:
| Advanced Life Support—Level 2—Transport Services including administering of medications | $830.00 |
| Advanced Life Support—Level 1—Transport Services | $670.00 |
| Basic Life Support—Emergency | $670.00 |
| Transport mileage charge (per mile) | $13.50 |
