The City of Greenacres is proud to partner with the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners Office of Small Business Development and Kast Construction to launch a dynamic workshop series designed specifically for Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) and small construction firms seeking to grow, compete, and thrive in our region.
This workshop series will introduce the CMAR Mentor-Protégé Program, a countywide initiative aimed at strengthening relationships between established construction firms and emerging local contractors. Through hands-on learning, technical assistance, and industry mentorship, participants will gain valuable insights into construction management strategies, procurement readiness, and pathways to public-sector contracting.
During the kickoff, Kast Construction will introduce the vision for the CMAR Mentor-Protégé Program, outline upcoming workshop topics, and provide contractors with tools to enhance collaboration, expand capacity, and position themselves for future project opportunities.
