PERMIT & PLAN SUBMITTAL INSTRUCTIONS
Permit applications and plans are only being accepted electronically. Plans must be submitted in a PDF format, unlocked and available for markup. Plans shall be electronically stamped and signed as required. Email documents to: permitcenter@greenacresfl.gov
The email subject line must indicate: Job Address, Type of submittal (New Permit Submittal, Permit Payment, Plan Review Comments, Revision, etc.)
Upon final approval, the applicant will be contacted via phone or emailed with instructions on how to pay permit fees. Once payments are received the permit and approved plans will be emailed to you.
CONTRACTOR ENROLLMENT
Contractor enrollment applications should be submitted to groupblg@greenacresfl.gov. If submitting a permit application at the same time, email to permitcenter@greenacresfl.gov in PDF format only. Call (561) 642-2059 for any questions.

INSPECTIONS
Inspections must be scheduled by calling 561-642-2062 or emailing us at inspections@greenacresfl.gov between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for next day inspection (excluding weekends). Same day inspections are not permitted.
