Update to Driveway and Parking Space Permit Requirements

Notice:

The City has adopted new details for driveways, swales and parking spaces which become effective on February 21, 2022.

• With these modifications, proposed or replacement driveways greater than 12' width will require plans and drainage calculations prepared by a Florida licensed professional engineer.
• Removal of trees within right of way requires a right of way permit.
• Removal of trees on a private property requires a landscape permit.
• There shall only be one driveway per unit unless master HOA development plan or previous plan indicates otherwise.

All proposed or replacements driveways less than 12' wide, as well as all swales, proposed in right of way shall adhere to the detail found in the attached links below.
