Commercial Business

The City of Greenacres Code of Ordinances requires a valid Business Tax Receipt for all business locations within city limits.

Along with the application and documents provided below, please be sure to submit a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and/or Fictitious Name Registration if applicable.

If State Licenses and/or State Certifications are needed for the scope of business please include a copy.

All new Commercial Businesses will require a safety inspection. A $75.00 fee will be required for this at time of application submittal.
