Home Based Business

The City of Greenacres Code of Ordinances requires a valid Business Tax Receipt for all business locations within city limits.

Along with the application and documents attached please be sure to submit a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and/or Fictitious Name Registration if applicable.

If State Licenses and/or State Certifications are needed for the scope of business, please include a copy.

If your business is a Home Day Care or Home Health Care, you are required to have a Life Safety Inspection and pay the inspection fee of $75 at the time of application submittal.
