Planning Applications
Welcome to the new Planning Application Web Page.
The City has implemented a new application system. Rather than every request having its own application, we are now using a universal application. The universal application allows the applicant to file only one application by checking the applicable action and including the necessary documents as outlined in the Application Matrix.
For most submittals, you will need to file:
- Universal Application including all necessary documentation for your specific application type(s).
- Completed checklist for your specific application type(s) to include with your Universal Application.
- Application filing fee.
